Andy Checo

Recognized for his expertise in connecting brands with diverse audiences, particularly within the U.S. Hispanic market, Checo knows hot to make brands resonate.

Before joining résonant, he was at Weber Shandwick, where he was honored with the 2022 Latino Business Resource Group’s Leader Change Agent Award. That same year, the Diversity Action Alliance named him a Distinguished Communicator of Color. In 2024, he received the Hispanic Public Relations Association’s Bravo! Award for Service.

Checo has built innovative, award-winning programs for some of today’s top global brands.

His thought leadership has been featured in Diverse Voices: Profiles in Leadership and Business Acumen for Strategic Communicators, as well as in outlets including PRWeek, AdAge, O’Dwyer’s, and Campaign US. He is a founding member of the Diversity Action Alliance Steering Committee, and past president of the Hispanic Public Relations Association and currently serves on its national board.

Marie Chalita

Marie Chalita is an award-winning digital content strategist with over a decade of experience creating culturally resonant campaigns for global CPG, publishing, culinary, lifestyle, non-profits and hospitality brands.

She specializes in social media content strategy, influencer marketing, and food-and-beverage storytelling that connects with general, multicultural, U.S. Hispanic, and acculturated Latin audiences.

She has launched and led social media strategy and content creation for Cosmopolitan Magazine En Español and HOLA! Magazine in the US and has served as Co-Chair of I-COM Global (A worldwide association for Smart Data and AI marketing leaders) and she was also a judge for the Annual Daytime Emmy Awards.

Marie joined d expósito & Partners (DEX) in 2019 to launch social media for Tajín in the U.S.A. and now works out of DEX’s résonant, driving culturally relevant, social-first brand growth.
